Surface plasmon resonance microscopy  

Our lab is equipped with an advanced surface plasmon resonance imaging and sensing facility. It features high-resolution imaging systems and versatile sensing platforms for real-time analysis of molecular interactions with high sensitivity and spatial resolution. This facility serves as a hub for interdisciplinary research in biotechnology, and nanotechnology. 

Charge-sensitive optical microscopy  

Our lab members have developed a user-friendly optical microscopy facility for sensitive information-rich measurement of charge dynamics in micro scale. This platform is hub for attracting hypothesis-driven interdisciplinary research collaborations to understand charge in living, physical and chemical systems. 

Electrophysiology and electrochemistry  

The lab is equipped with essential electrophysiology and electrochemistry kits including pipette pullers, potentiostats, and patch clamp amplifiers.  

Micro and nano fabrication  

We have access to the state-of-the-art nanofabrication facilities of the Nanoscale and Microscale Research Centre (nmRC) including electron beam lithography and focused ion beam https://www.nottingham.ac.uk/nmrc/.
